GOM works with local church to engage like-minded pastors, church leaders, professionals and County leadership wherever the Lord sends us. We hold pastors and church leaders’ conferences to enhance their capacities and priority of winning souls for Christ. We also facilitate forums with professionals to encourage them use their positions and God given talents to positively

influence transformation in the communities they serve and the world.
Prior and during the missions, meetings are held with county leadership and representatives of national government to buy in support and their participation as stakeholder’s in GOM’s mission for a sustained paradigm shift in services to the people and the nation.

GOM targets to increase the capacity of the members to attend various training programs through guidance, counsel and financial assistance.

Specifically, the church ministers to attend theological training for the purpose of equipping them to be effective ministers in fulfilling their Godly calling. In addition, a number of pupils and students from disadvantaged families have benefitted from GOM through sponsorship for their education to avail capacity for advancement and sustainability of the programs.

GOM also empowers its members and affiliates through capacity building in economic development and encourages them to take advantage of the enabling environment to invest in income generating activities.

One of the most successful initiatives is “the Project Self” where most of the members acquired land and built their homes while others started businesses. This way, the members have become key support resource to the missions.

Global Outreach Missions grows many spiritual sons and daughters born and adopted to the ministry from churches across the divide who become par-takers of the vision.

They spread across the country and continue to grow beyond boundaries of tribe, races and denominations and become critical human resource for the next mission and generation.

Since Global Outreach Missions was born as an outreach arm of Deliverance Church Thika, most of the early missions were financed solely by members of Deliverance Church Thika. We have with time partnered with other people who have bought into the vision of Global Outreach Missions and have contributed generously towards the same.

Over the years, the mission budget has continued to grow due to the high demand of needs and activities, and the rising cost of living. In addition, more missioners have joined the ministry and this has translated to higher budgetary expenditures.

When GOM held its first mission in Kaimosi in 2008, the mission budget by then was only about Kshs. 700,000/= (USD 7,000). During the Taita Taveta mission held in 2015, GOM supported a budget of Kshs. 4,500,000 with which more than 2,080 people gave their lives to Christ and thousands more were reached. In 2016, the budget increased to Seven Million Kenya Shillings (Kshs.7M or USD 70,000).

We welcome you to consider partnering with GOM in any form that the Lord Jesus may put in your heart towards achievement of the Great Commission, Authority and Mandate (CAM). God has invested in all of us much talent and treasure for a divine purpose for which we shall be required to give an account of. It’s the Lord’s pleasure that each of us understands their strengths and makes efforts to receive our Master’s reward of; “Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Enter into the joy of your master” (Mathew 25:14-23).

We look forward to getting many more partners and well wishers (especially in the area of financing) in and outside Kenya. We encourage many of you to consider giving towards this noble task as stated in Luke 6: 38 “Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you”

We have accomplished much by the grace of God but a lot still remains to be done as the Lord’s commission calls us to the world of needy and suffering souls in need of both spiritual and physical interventions.
